Vice Chairman Gerard LeBlanc opened the public hearing for Hanson Gardens and announced that, due to the absence of Chairman Philip Lindquist, the hearing would have to be continued as a four member vote is required under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 9 for a decision to be rendered on the issuance of a special permit. For the same reason, he said, the public hearing for Arbor House would also have to be continued.
Motion to continue the public hearing on Hanson Gardens to December 11, 2002 at 8 p.m. and the public hearing on Arbor House to December 11, 2002 at 8:30 p.m.: Joan DiLillo
